Join the Vienna Arts Society on September 12th at 7:00 pm for a inside look at the job of a Police Sketch Artist. Investigator Kathy Franck of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office will share how she became a Composite Sketch Artist and the techniques she uses to create her artist sketches in the courtroom.
Bring your sketchbook and pencils and try it out for yourself! Our September membership meeting is open to the public and will be held at 7:00 pm at 243 Church St NW, Ste 100L in the Windover Professional Building in Vienna, VA.
As well as her work with the LCSO, Investigator Franck has conducted sketches for the Fairfax PD, Montgomery County PD, U.S. Postal Service, FBI, U.S. Marshall Service, Homeland Security Child Exploitation Investigations Unit, Prince Willliam County PD, Berkeley County Sheriff’s Department, Leesburg PD, and Fairfax City PD.
