I was born in Viareggio, Italy and came to the United States when I was just a year old. When I was 14 we returned to Italy and lived there for the next 14 years. When I returned to the U.S. I attended the Art Institute of Boston studying Commercial Photography. Then moving to California, from 1982 to 2002, I owned and managed a video production company in Silicon Valley catering primarily to computer companies. Moving on to Austin, Texas, I worked in the camera department on several studio features before retiring. Movie credits on imdb.com. Upon retirement, I taught film production at Austin Community College and Television Production at the Austin annex of the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. Now finally fully retired in Reston – I can return to my first passion-still photography.
