Vienna Pop-up Holiday Market

Sunday, November 8 we are transforming 243 Church Street NW into a European Holiday Market. Please let me know if you or someone you know, would welcome the opportunity to be a vendor with original and handmade items! We will be following all the Covid-19 guidelines to keep everyone safe. We’re hoping for each vendor to be one-of-a kind so please respond as soon as possible.

Art of Kindness

Despite challenges due to COVID-19 restrictions, the VAS Art of Kindness project for 2020 was able to present a series of events throughout the year that engaged our community in many ways.  As the year comes to a close, we are grateful to the Town of Vienna for their unwavering support, and we want to thank the many participants throughout our community who contributed enthusiasm, creativity, and (yes) kindness to make this project a success.

Our workshops and classes welcome both members and non-members.

Due to the uncertainties associated with the Covid-19 situation, all workshops and classes have been postponed indefinitely.  We hope to reschedule these wonderful learning opportunities at a future time. When they resume, all classes and workshops will be held at the VAS ART CENTER, 243 Church St. NW, Suite 100 LL, Vienna, VA 22180

Discover the excitement of using acrylic color and mediums during this two-day workshop!

In this workshop you will paint with watercolors on canvas or canvas boards. It is VERY different than painting on paper as you might guess, and it is very fun.

Workshop attendees should have an understanding of basic watercolor techniques.

“Gallery of VAS Artists Page” is a benefit which is available for all VAS members at an “Artist Member” level membership.
