The Vienna Arts Society opens “New Beginnings” on January 6. This dynamic collection of artworks from over 100 members looks towards better times ahead. Plan to drop into the Vienna Art Center in the Windover Building, 243 Church St., NW. We follow CDC standards, and are open Wednesdays – Saturdays from noon to 4.
