Spring To Spring Paintings By Deb Schneider opens June 4
Artist’s Statement: This show is a current collection of works created since the spring of 2018. They are both Plein Air and studio paintings. Last year I focused on light, atmosphere and the feel of the moment. My goal was to capture the impact light makes. The Clearing, a recent artwork, was the studio acrylic of a Plein Air painting done at River Bend Park in early spring.
This exhibit includes small oils painted on site and larger acrylics on canvas. I paint weekly in nearby parks with fellow artists from Vienna Arts Society.
This show will be in place from June 4th through August 3rd 2019. Please come by an enjoy these peaceful and beautiful artworks.
