The Vienna Arts Society float, which was among the 86 entries in the 76th annual Vienna Halloween Parade, took first place in the ‘Float with Music’ category. Our float featured original artwork on the parade theme, which was “Time Machine: Vienna in the Past, Present and Future.” The VAS float team was headed by Joyce Meyers for the sixth year running.
Our award was announced at Vienna’s Town Council meeting in November, and ribbons were presented by Mayor Linda Colbert and Vienna Business Association Executive Director Peggy James.
