VAS honors watercolor and pastel artists at Art Treasures II reception

Congratulations to the artists recognized for their work at the reception on Sunday, October 16, 2022, at the Vienna Arts Society’s “Watercolors and Pastels” show, the second in the Art Treasures Trio series. Awards were presented in front of an enthusiastic and appreciative audience by judge Mike Flynn, who is a professional member artist of The Loft Gallery in Occoquan, Va, and teaches watercolor and mixed media at the Art Factory in old town Manassas, Va. Samples of his work can be seen at: www.mikeflynnartist.com

The reception at the VAS Village Green Gallery was also the place to meet new and seasoned artists, and make new friendships and connections. The VAS board was there to answer questions about volunteering, workshops, meetings, benches (our Take a Seat Vienna Returns next year!) or our many other activities in the community.
